SALEM — The Oregon Transportation Commission will hold a formal business meeting on Thursday, March 11, beginning at 9 a.m. The meeting will be held virtually to ensure public access while maintaining social distance in response to the current COVID-19 pandemic.

How to provide public comment Members of the public are encouraged to submit written comment in advance of the March 11 meeting or sign up for real-time virtual oral public comment. To sign up for real-time virtual oral comment please sign up in advance at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/8CFBZPB by March 9 at 4 p.m. Written comment is encouraged even if you plan to testify and may be submitted to OTCAdmin@odot.state.or.us. Submit written testimony or comments electronically by March 9 at 4 p.m. through a submission form on the OTC website to guarantee inclusion in the March 11 meeting packet. Comments not included in the meeting packet will be shared with commissioners at the next meeting.
